All belt:me belts are delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Postal Service.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery of your belt can take up to
2 weeks from the time of ordering. Please refrain from contacting us about an undelivered belt until after such time.
If, for any reason, a belt is returned to belt:me, we will charge an additional
£5.00 to cover additional postage and packaging for re-delivery.

Q: Why haven’t I received a confirmation email from you after placing my order |

A: If you have provided us with a web-based email address (e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc) then the chances are your confirmation email has been filtered as spam and placed in your junk mail folder.
Please consult your email provider’s spam filter in order to prevent this from happening for any future purchases.

Okay, I’ve placed my order. When will I receive my belt? |

Delivery of your belt can take up to 2 weeks from time of ordering. Please refrain from contacting us about an undelivered belt until after such time.
All of our belts are made in batches over the weekend. If we receive your order before 4pm on Friday then your belt will be processed in that weekend’s batch and posted early the following week. Any orders received after this time will be processed the weekend after.
Example Order If we receive your order at 4.01pm on Friday 7th March then it would not get processed until the weekend of the 15th/16th March. It would then be posted by Tuesday 18th March at the latest and would be delivered to you around the 21st/22nd March – a total of 2 weeks from time of ordering. |

How will my belt be sent? |

All of our belts are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery of which the lead time is approximately 3-4 days from time of posting. As the package is sent via recorded delivery a signature will be required. If you are unable to sign for delivery then the belt will be returned to your local depot where you will be required to collect it.

This is most likely a problem at Royal Mail’s end. Please contact us and we will issue you with your package’s “track and trace” number. |
